Delivery performance: Lime (stone) receiving, transportation, and storage facilities
By storing for more than a day in a roofed silo, the moisture content of the stones decreased, leading to improved productivity.
This is an introduction to our achievements in reducing drying time and improving firing efficiency through the delivery of lime (stone) receiving, transportation, and storage facilities. Before the installation of the equipment, the stones were stored in a pile, which led to high moisture levels during rainy weather, resulting in the use of extra fuel and time for drying. By storing the stones in a covered silo for more than a day, the moisture levels decreased, leading to improved productivity. 【Project Overview and Challenges】 ■ Receiving lime (stone) from trucks and storing it in a corrugated silo ■ The stored lime (stone) is discharged from the silo and transported to each furnace (drying furnace and firing furnace) ■ Each silo stores stones sorted by size *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
